Description of project
We are asking Children and Adults to help clean up and tidy up around ALYTH, our "Home Away from Home".
We will be cleaning up papers and leaves and any litter lying around the site. There will be tidying of cupboards and sweeping of floors and even a little dusting of places that nobody seems to get to. The garden needs a bit of clearing and cutting, so Philip will be looking after that part of the patch.
Our SIDDURIM and CHUMASHIM need repairing and just a bit of TLC. So in a small corner of the Shul you will find people doing this vital job. Join them for a chat, a coffee and some mending.

Alyth has been involved in Mitzvah Day since the beginning! We've particpated in many projects and last year these included collecting food at the local supermarket, writing letters to israeli soldiers, filling boxes of toys for Barnados and filling up window boxes for our senior members. We love particpating in such a fun filled , meaningful and community spirited day and hope this year that our projects at Alyth will involve even more members.
