At Clore Shalom, we are a close and caring community that strives for high standards in education while supporting the needs of individuals and families. This is supported by our Jewish ethos and values. Our most recent Ofsted and Jewish Studies (Pikuach) Inspections confirmed our judgements that we are a school of high standards, with many outstanding features.
The school opened in September 1999 and is a one form entry Primary School. We have one class for each year group (8 in all) with up to 30 children in each.
Our original building is a refurbished farm building which, with its bright interior and picturesque exterior, provides excellent facilities, both indoors and outdoors, on our playground, field and wildlife area, for all aspects of the curriculum and school life. In addition to our light, spacious classrooms, we have a large airy hall, a Bet T'fillah (Room of Prayer), a Hebrew classroom and a well stocked library. Our self contained Early Years building for the Nursery and Reception classes is connected to the main building, with its own facilities, including an oudoor, covered and open play area.
