Edgware & District Reform Synagogue, founded in 1935, is now the largest Synagogue in Europe, with approximately 2000 families amongst its membership, caring for almost 4000 people.
Together our two rabbis combine their great range of skills to support the religious and spiritual life of the community, leading services, teaching both formally and informally and offering pastoral support to members.
Our religious services reflect the more traditional wing of Reform Judaism. While much of the services are conducted in Hebrew, we also include English, enabling all to follow and understand. Music plays an integral part of our services and EDRS boasts a marvellous choir. Both men and women play prominent and equal roles in leading services and the running of the Synagogue.
